Hastula strigillata (Linné, 1758)

Une des plus belle représente du genre cette coquille brillante de couleur verdâtre, possède des sillons axiaux séparant des bandes axiales larges, plates et lisses.

Bande sous suturale blanche tachetée de marron ou de noir. Ligne périphérique claire sur le dernier tour.

Vit en eau peu profonde entre 5 et 10 mètres dans le sable noir de nos plages.

Taille du spécimen illustré : 40mm

One of the prettiest representatives of its' genus, this shiny greenish shell, has axial grooves separating large, flat and smooth axial bands. White subsutural band brown or black blotched.
Peripherical light line on the last whorl.

It lives in shallow water from 5 to 10 meters of water, in the black sand of our beaches.
