Terebra cingulifera Lamarck, 1822

Le test est blanc à jaune très clair, avec des stries spirales de croissance. La suture est profonde.

Une strie sous suturale isole une bande spirale de teinte plus claire très légèrement crénelée sur les premiers tours.

Les beaux spécimens se trouvent par des fonds de 20 mètres.

Taille du spécimen illustré : 50mm

The shell is white to light yellow, with growth spiral grooves. The suture is deep. A subsutural groove isolate a clearer spiral band slightly crenulated on the first whorls.

Nice specimens can be found in a depth of 20 meters.
