Conus arenatus Hwass in Bruguière, 1792

Rarity : Common
Habitat : It is a shallow water specie. I found all the specimens burried in the sand around grass fields in less than one meter of water near the shore during the daytime. Often found along with Conus tessulatus.
Discussion : The color and shape are very different from the ones I found in Tahiti. The dots are clear orange colored and the shape of the specimens is more inflated than the ones from Tahiti.
